Jim is a Minerallac Company executive with a strong background in hiring, training, evaluating, directing, and managing persons in various environments. As a Loyola University of Chicago graduate, Jim started his career as a manager in the retail, service, and industrial industries before moving into the electrical industry. Jim has been growing his career at Minerallac Company since 1990, working 5 years in various high-level sales management roles, 11 years as Vice President, and the remaining years in his current position as President. Jim’s career is a testament to his sales and leadership skills. Jim’s passions include working out, cooking, coloring, reading, and spending time with his wife and best friend, Sue.
As a University of Illinois Accounting graduate and CPA, Carl has a wide range of expertise gained through his previous roles as a CFO, controller, auditor, and consultant. He brings extensive experience in multi-location business organizations spanning the USA, including working with Minerallac in the early 1990’s. He also holds a Masters in Management Information Systems from Arizona State University. Carl brings versatile advisory capabilities and experience in leadership strategy, financial and operational analytics and reporting, project management and software implementation. Carl leads the Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology teams at Minerallac in our efforts to serve our customers, always looking to "make things easier."
Bryan began working for Minerallac as an intern during the summer of 2000. He started in the shipping department and, after graduating from Ball State University, moved into project management. In the years since Bryan has worked in a number of capacities including IT Project Manager, IT Manager, Business Management Analyst, and has been the Vice President of Operations since 2015. Bryan oversees the warehousing, logistics, project management, and purchasing functions within the organization.
Shane graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 2000 with a degree in Journalism, but after a few years moved into the construction industry. He owned and operated a general contracting business in Chicago for 12 years before transitioning to the electrical manufacturing industry. In 2018, Shane joined the Minerallac team as a Business Development Manager and quickly advanced to National Business Development Manager, then to his current position of Vice President of Business Development. He currently oversees the Business Development Support and the Marketing teams. He is excited to contribute to Minerallac's future growth and success. Outside of work, Shane is passionate about playing live music, enjoying outdoor activities with his family, and is an avid animal lover.
Mitchell Stewart has worked with Minerallac since early in his career and has grown with the company. He started as a Business Development Merchandiser, where he gained extensive experience in merchandising, market analysis, and product displays. He progressed to Business Development Manager, working with seven rep agencies to drive sales and foster new business; then to a National Business Development role, focusing on national accounts. Today, Mitchell is Vice President of Business Development at Minerallac Company, a position he assumed in July 2024 after a decade with the company. Mitchell oversees the Business Development team, Customer Service, National Accounts, and Merchandising. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, playing sports and spending time with his wife Gabriella and two boys.
Lisa joined Minerallac in 2010 and quickly became an integral part of the team. Lisa’s hard work and dedication within our Business Development support and Customer Service teams led to her promotion to Customer Service Supervisor in 2018. She has strong experience in sales support and customer service. Lisa leads an exceptional Customer Service team that continues to bring you the quality service and commitment you expect from Minerallac.
